Buti Yoga TM

This hour of dynamic power blends primal movement with cardio bursts to help raise your vibration, tone the body and awaken your inner God/goddess. Tap into your physical, spiritual and emotional being. 

Yoga with Weights

Find strength, length, and hold your own. Using weights, blocks, plank, and other majestic moves, improve your stability on the mat. We are not two dimensional and our brain needs different sensory input that is available through the yoga with weights sequencing. Never the same, yet always familiar enough to advance your endurance level on and off the mat.

Candlelit Gentle Yoga

This candlelit class is appropriate for all levels. We will practice pranayama & meditation to calm the mind, followed by gentle poses that link the breath to movement. Class will end with a blissful Shavasana leaving you renewed and relaxed.

Buddha Flow - Open Level

This open level class welcomes beginners and experienced yogis alike teaching a rich blend of skills and concepts of aligning with the divine energy of your yoga practice.  Sequences and alignment are woven into themes of spiritual development to open and strengthen the body while developing focus of the mind and a connection to the breath.

Hands on Yoga

Hands On Yoga is a class designed to Align your spine and decompress the nervous system. This class will ensure proper alignment using props and hands on adjustments throughout the class to maintain proper alignment for a healthy spine, body and mind. 

Vinyasa

Yoga Flow

Whether you are new to yoga or need a slower paced class, this beginner flow is intended to balance breath and movement placing a focus on alignment and building strength. Create a mindful practice in this small class setting.

Flow & Restore

This 75 minute class is focused on the skills and concepts of aligning with the divine energy of your yoga practice. Sequences and alignment instructions are thoughtfully woven into themes of spiritual development. Poses are savored to deepen an experience of awareness and opening of the heart and then the practice is closed with a sequence of restorative poses. The practice is then closed with a sequence of restorative poses.

Kripalu Yoga

Kripalu Yoga is a very nurturing and relaxing practice of accessible postures and guided meditation in motion with an emphasis on breath work. It is appropriate for all students, and all levels of practice. Through an instructive sequence of warmups, combined with a variety of guided postures (classic asanas), breathing and relaxation techniques, Kripalu encourages inward focus, development of a quiet mind, and spiritual attunement. Practicing Kripalu Yoga can initiate a process of physical toning, strengthening and healing, stress relief, and spiritual awakening.

Vin - Hatha

This gentle paced vinyasa class will focus on intentionally synchronizing movement with the breath, sometimes even retaining and holding the posture for a few breaths before flowing into the next. The flow is designed to connect the mind and body as one. This intimate session is beneficial for all levels, making room for variation and modifications. Before the week begins join us for a blissful flow to let go of your worries, destress and take a deep breath.

Hatha

Diamond Fit Flow Yoga

Athletic, challenging and often deliciously irreverent blend of focused breath and strength building movement, set to great music and designed to invigorate the body, calm the frenzied urban mind, and bring you more fully into your most happy and present moment.

Stretch and Align

Ease into yoga with a sequence of poses and the use of yoga props in order to facilitate the muscles to relax, stretch, and lengthen. This class aims to move the joints and strengthen supporting muscles.
